For my project I created 5 new recipes which represent people and periods in history. I also created this blog named Len's Sweets. This way I am able to share my project with many people and hope more than just my small circle of influence can be effected by my creativity.
At the bottom of this page are links to the 5 recipes I created and made. Included in each link (recipe) are pictures of the food, a detailed recipe, a description of how the dessert or food relates to history and how each recipe is creative. I had a panel of 14 people analyze and comment on the dessert. These people included my friends and family members. I gave each person a list of 6 people and time periods in history we cover in MFG 202. The taste testers then had to identify time period/person the dessert corresponded to. It was actually very successful and helpful to my project. At the bottom of each recipe is a comments section which includes many of the perceptions people had when taste testing.
